Registration Cancellation Policy:
Meal tickets are non-refundable.  Cancellations of all other registrations and Club 44 Membership is allowed.  It must be in writing to NRB Convention Dept., 9510 Technology Dr., Manassas, VA 20110; FAX 888-241-5791 or email psmith@nrb.org.  There is a $75 administrative processing fee for any refund request.  All requests for refunds must be postmarked by 12/31/12.  There are no fees to transfer a registration to another individual.

What Does My Registration Include:
Full:  Registration includes access to the entire convention program and exposition, including three Zoom Lunches & Awards Dinner.  Women's Breakfast ticket and Club 44 Membership can be purchased separately.

Expo Only: Exhibit Hall ONLY.  Awards Dinner and Women's Breakfast tickets and Club 44 Membership can be purchased separately.

Membership:  Not a member?  To receive discounted member rates contact NRB Membership at 703-331-4510.

Badges:  If you did not receive your badge and tickets in the mail, upon your arrival at NRB 2013 proceed to the NRB Registration in the exhibit hall to retrieve your badge and tickets.
